What we do

 

CMSF will manage the items that are identified on the Building Inspection report / compliance list.  We will research all outstanding permit-related items, meet with construction trades on-site and solicit bids for corrective work.  CMSF will manage the process from the delivery of the inspection report until the last item on the report is addressed. 

Why we do it

 CMSF knows how difficult and time-consuming the TIC condo conversion process can be.  We are here to make the process painless and relieve homeowners from the stresses associated with bringing their buildings into compliance.  We will be on the ground tackling the inspection report items,  freeing up countless hours of our clients' schedules.  We have first-hand experience with the building department and construction trades and know what it takes to get the work done.
